We offer loyalty, determination and professionalism to all of our Agents, expecting the same in return. Following our collaboration agreement, we welcome you and your team to come and visit us at our offices in Spain to meet our friendly, professional staff in person and familiarise yourself with the areas and product that we specialise in. We can also provide you with any marketing material that you may require.
Ismael Párraga or José Antonio Polo will personally act as your personal Relationship Manager, helping you with all of your client needs – from arranging bookings to dealing with our database. We here to help you with any questions you may need answered and will be your first point of contact when providing you with property information.
In terms of Marketing, we will also be on call to help you with any enquiries and provide you with the necessary material in order for you to promote our properties through the different marketing channels: Internet, Exhibitions, Off Street, Email Marketing, Newspaper Advertising, PR and Referrals.
We will inform you when the completion of your client’s sale has taken place and the commission payment will then be arranged. We ensure that all of our agents receive prompt payment upon completion.
